Hello! So I decided to change my blog appearance a bit…or a lot depending on how you see it. I felt like my former one was a bit ”too young” and I wanted something a little more professional. Let me know what you think! I would love to hear your opinion AND advices. Maybe I should add something? Maybe another background would look better? I’m especially looking for ideas for the background because I’m not sure if it’s the perfect one. Hmm….
Anyway, here is my former header/banner:

I also changed the theme because Zoren was…frustrating. I kept trying to change some colors but he didn’t want. He wanted to make me pay 30$!!! So I looked for a new one and found this one which has a better (free) look! Which do you personally prefer?

I do like this one better. I’m always a fan of a cleaner look. I think it makes the blog easier to read and navigate. And the new header is super cute. This is definitely more mature and professional.

I love your new header, Lola! I’m partial to the young lady, I’m brunette as well, so that’s awesome š Oh, and those cats we got a look at earlier, adorable. Well done. And I like the background as it is, IMO its clean and makes the unqiue header the focal part besides your book art images. LOL – I’ll stop rambling now – it’s lovely!

I have nothing more to add about what the others have said in the previous comments. I liked the new look. It somehow gives me a nostalgic feeling. IMO, the background is already okay since it complements the color of your heading. If you want to change it then you can consider trying textured backgrounds of the same color. But then again, the current BG is already good enough as it does not clash with your header.

Definitely loving the change! Everything looks much more.. organized? And prettier. And the header is so cute! I’m still working on mine but I’m so lazy and busy most of the time that I haven’t worked on it much. My favourite part of the header are the cats š
